Contract Engineer

We are looking for Contract Engineer

Contract Engineer will be focused in the Contracts area in the Admin department. The position will perform a variety of duties with the Contract Administrator and assist in the process of Building Construction. The position requires the ability to research and draft construction contract provisions, and will require significant collaboration, coordination and communication with others. The position requires the ability to work with engineers, and construction specialists in order to produce procurement documents meeting the requirements of each of these disciplines. Applicants should be comfortable leading meetings, giving presentations, and maintaining detailed records.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree from  Civil Construction
• Good speaking mandarin
• IPK minimal 2.8
• Experience minimal 1 th/ fresh graduates are welcome
• Have passion for Construction Building
• Expertise in Word and document management software
• Self-starter, detail-oriented with excellent writing and communication skills
