HR Performance Management Manager

Location: Jakarta
Salary range: up to IDR 17 mio / month
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8AM - 4PM
Saturday: 8AM - 12AM

Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree from Human Resources or equivalent.
- Mandatory: min. 4 years of Compensation & Benefit Supervisor in company or ComBen Consultant in Tower Watson / Hay / Mercer / others.
- Experience in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Medical Devices is preferred.
- Solid expertise in workload analysis, productivity, job evaluation, salary survey, and competency dictionary.
Job Description:
- Socialize & educate new Performance Management (PM) tools to employees.
- Assist in preparing & documenting the annual KPI of employees.
- Ensure the performance appraisal for mid and year-end is met the timeline.
- Collect record & analyze the final score of year-end performance appraisal.
- Set up rewards & consequences system, as well as monitoring the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
- Create & maintain Job Level and Salary Structure that is competitive with the market.
- Create & maintain SOP for Promotion, Rotation / Mutation, Demotion.
- Create and maintain SOP Learning & Development.
