Location: Jakarta
Salary range: up to IDR 17 mio / month
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8AM - 4PM
Saturday: 8AM - 12AM

Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree from Psychology. Master degree (Profession) from Clinical or I/O will be big advantage.
- Min. 4 years of Recruitment Supervisor in company / Recruiter Specialist in Headhunter.
- Experience in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Medical Devices is preferred.
- Solid expertise in recruitment strategy & execution, resource candidates, BEI / STAR interview method, and psychotest.
Job Description :
- Create & develop annually Manpower Plan (MPP).
- Maintain & update monthly headcount movement of each division.
- Analyze, process and keep the Personnel Request form.
- Sourcing external candidates through all job portal & social media channel.
- Do screening, test, interview, MCU, and salary negotiation.
- Prepare for employment agreement, work space and equipment.
- Prepare for recruitment progress report, headcount movement report every month
- Create and develop SOP Talent Acquisition
- Create and develop concepts for New Employee Orientation (OKB) and New Branch Orientation (OCB).
