Location: Jakarta

Salary range: up to IDR 17 mio / month

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8AM - 4PM
Saturday: 8AM - 12AM

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree from Psychology. Master degree (Profession) from Clinical or I/O will be big advantage.
• Min. 4 years of Recruitment Supervisor in company / Recruiter Specialist in Headhunter.
• Experience in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Medical Devices is preferred.
• Solid expertise in recruitment strategy & execution, resource candidates, BEI / STAR interview method, and psychotest.

Job Description :

• Create & develop annually Manpower Plan (MPP).
• Maintain & update monthly headcount movement of each division.
• Analyze, process and keep the Personnel Request form.
• Sourcing external candidates through all job portal & social media channel.
• Do screening, test, interview, MCU, and salary negotiation.
• Prepare for employment agreement, work space and equipment.
• Prepare for recruitment progress report, headcount movement report every month
• Create and develop SOP Talent Acquisition
• Create and develop concepts for New Employee Orientation (OKB) and New Branch Orientation (OCB).
