VACANCY - HRD Manager

A food and beverage company is seeking for a qualified candidate to fill the position “HR Manager”.

Here are the requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in any field, preferably from Human Resource Management/Economic studies.
2. English is a must, Mandarin will be a plus.
3. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resource Management, preferably from the F&B company.
4. Have a great knowledge related to HR Functions such as manpower planning, recruitment and selection, short-long term strategy, payroll and remuneration, training and development, KPI, OD, Industrial Relations, etc.
5. Able to work in multiculture environment, able to understand and adapt to the culture difference between expatriate and Indonesian workers.
6. Work Location : Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
