Organizational Development Specialist

PT. MRT Jakarta is now hiring for Organizational Development Specialist.

Requirements :

• Max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree any major (preferably: Psychology, Industrial Engineer,& Human Resource Management)  from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00
• Have min. 5  years experience handle Organizational Development, Organization Structure, ETC.
• Have a strong Concept & Execution.
• Can build a great infrastructure.
• Can work in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertainty, Complexity, &  Ambiguity) World.
• Report to Human Capital Division Head.

Job Description:

1. Manages organizational development (OD) strategies and processes.
2. Assesses OD needs of operating, business and functional units.
3. Leads the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.
4. Designs and executes key programmatic elements of the OD process.
5. Evaluates strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals.
6. Assists with the provision of expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers regarding OD methods
