CONTROLLER - AUDITOR

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance Management from a reputable university. An overseas graduate will be a plus.
• Solid expertise in accounting and finance management, gained from min. 4-year of experience.
• Great utilizing in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
• Experience at property management/ building management is an advantage
• Client service oriented
• Self-driven, highly motivated, energetic, and initiative.
• Strong communication skills, including a good command in English both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal skills
• A team initiator & player

Job Description:

• Control, budget, management reporting with a strong background in the management of revenue, cost, AR, AP
• Internal process compliance and audit assistance for Finance & Accounting compliance
• Build up and maintain internal control for process and procedures in area finance & accounting
• Familiar with audit, budget, and tax knowledge gained from previous hands-on experience
