HR Generalist

NAI Indonesia is looking for HR Generalist.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill (s) : microsoft Office and Assessment
• Have familiarity with BPJS system and PPh 21 regulations
• Understand the assessment process from conducting to interpretation
• Understand psychological tools is preferred
• Good performance in HR Generalist function
• Good analytical and communication skills
• People oriented

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct recruitment process from posting to assessment
• Conduct job grading and job evaluation regularly
• Preparing contract letter (PKWT), reference letter and another information letter
• Check employee attendance and conduct evaluation based on their attendance
• Do HR-related administration job
• Managing Payroll by calculating salary, overtime and incentive
• Managing BPJS TK and pension
