PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk are hiring for Sr Account Manager - Government Sector
Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of government IT accounts, developing strategic plans that align with agency missions, technology roadmaps, and budget cycles.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities for IT solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, software, infrastructure, and digital transformation services.
- Identify new opportunities within existing agencies and pursue cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reporting, and account performance metrics.
- Contract negotiations, statements of work (SOWs), and pricing proposals.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory requirements
- Build trusted relationships with government executives, stakeholders, and technology decision-makers.
- Represent the organization at government technology forums, conferences, and public-sector events.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years experience selling products and solutions to the government sector with excellent performance
- Experienced selling IT and CCTV products and has very good product knowledge (cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, networking, infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex technology engagements.
- Strong understanding of government IT procurement processes and contracting vehicles.
- Willing to work under pressure and have your own vehicle
- Mastering the System Ina Proc is must
