Job Responsibilities: 

I. Achievement of project operation targets:

1. Execute the Manage Carrier Business Finance process, assist the PM in releasing the DR1/DR2 budgets for delivery projects, and take responsibility for routine forecasting and operational reviews as well as final project accounting at DR4 upon project closure.
2. Manage project accounting data, understand project reporting data, and provide project financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Manage project revenue, costs and expenses, inventory, and AR. Monitor the health status of each item through forecasting.
4. Manage project risks and assumptions, and track project budget and rolling forecast execution to effectively manage project operation risks.

II. Project operations risk management:

1. Promote and implement corporate financial policies and processes and provide relevant training to ensure that project teams comply with laws and regulations during project operations.
2. Standardize project teams' operations so that they are compliant with laws and regulations. Effectively manage external compliance risks relating to taxation, funds, audits, and fines.

III. Project financial support:

1. Act as the financial partner of project teams and cooperate with the project manager to resolve project financial issues.
2. Act as the financial partner of project teams and help solve problems relating to cash advance management, reimbursement, supplier payments, and money advanced to support the operations of project teams.

Special Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above of Financing, Banking, Accounting, Economics or related major
• Fresh Graduate or Within 3 years of work experience in finance (accounting, managerial accounting, operations management, etc.)
• English or Chinese
• Excel Profiency
• Master the financial knowledge of delivering projects. Understand the basics of relevant products, delivery, and business models, and be able to apply them at work.
• Strong data analytics and processing capabilities; English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) proficient enough as a working language.
