Job Requirements

• Excellent communication, Negotiation skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns
• A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well in a team
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• Candidates are ready for training and placement in the Bandung city area
