Job description

• Perform maintenance and monitoring of office IT devices
• Providing technical support to internal users (IT Support)
• Perform installation and configuration of computer and network devices
• Handle hardware and software troubleshooting
• Ensuring IT systems run smoothly to support banking operations
• Create reports for internal and external purposes

Job Requirements

• Minimum education D3 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
• Understanding computer networks, hardware, and office software
• Have the ability to troubleshoot IT devices
• Thorough, communicative, and responsible
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Mastering the functions of Ms Office
• Having experience in banking is preferred
