HR Learning & Organization Development Intern

Zalora Indonesia is looking for an Intern position for our HR Learning & Organization Development. This role is based in South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• To provide general assistance in Human Resources field (Learning & Organization Development) and other related activities. Involved in any assigned projects

Requirements :

• Minimum semester 5 or 7 from Management / Psychology Major
• Term of period internship will open for Januari - Maret 2019
• Genuinely love to learn new things, willing to explore Human Resources Matters
• Excellent analytical skills, great attention to detail, deep understanding to Learning & Organization Development Process
• Strong microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point), knowing adobe photoshop or canva for design will be an advantage
• A dynamic personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
• Speak native in Bahasa and passive English
• Exciting to work and gain knowledge and experience in multicultural enviroments
