Currently, we are looking for a professional for the position of :

HRD RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions:
  • Develop and implement an effective recruitment & selection process (mass recruitment, headhunting, etc)
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using social media, job portal, school or campus recruitment, etc)
  • Conduct psychological test and behavioral interview for candidates
  • Make psychological reports
  • Updates with the latest information about the skills, methods of training and level of relevant qualifications required for the position in the company
  • Design training modules

Requirements:
  • Required age is min 30 years old
  • Hold Master Degree in Psychology from reputable university is a must
  • Experience in the same positions min 3 years
  • Strong experience in sourcing methods, interview techniques, and interpreting psychological reports is a must
  • Familiar with MICE or hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated capability to work in team or independently
  • Highly responsible with good initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and hard worker
