Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, design and develop scalable full-stack applications, and optimize database queries and structures for performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure code quality through testing.
- Design and implement scalable and robust architectures, considering factors like performance, security, and maintainability.
- Work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Strong programming proficiency: In multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Spring Boot).
- Database knowledge: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Cloud platform experience: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Software engineering principles: Understanding of design patterns, architectural principles, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
