HR STAFF

Requirements:

• Female, maximum 30 years old.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources management and/or related field, OR any similar combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of human resources experience required.
• Knowledge of Human Resources/Personnel Management.
• Professional in handling confidential information.
• Able to communicate in English and Computer Literate.
• Able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Central Jakarta.

Job Description :

• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities.
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick and leave attendance.
• Administers of employee benefit (medical insurance/BPJS) : providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
