Job Description:
Support the administrative and legal needs of the Leasing department to ensure an orderly and smooth running department as a legal review and record of tenant leasing documents.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Mass Communication or equivalent
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, previous experience in Marketing/Sales Industry
• Fluent in formal written and spoken both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Computer Literate
• Good administration skills
• Critical and aware of property and mall industry and regulations
• Good sales and marketing skills
• Organizing skills
• Good communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
