Customer Experience Specialist:
- Conduct and generate NPS and Satisfaction Survey
- Compiling customer feedbacks
- Monthly quality call and customer visit
- Researching current trends and interest in our market
- Customer Engagement, initiate programs for community building, gatherings, or event collaboration.
- Min 1 year work experience (freshgraduates are also welcomed)
- S1 in any major
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Problem solving
- Good social skills
- Good coordinating skills
- Good at Ms Office (esp Ms Excel)
- Experiencing multicultural team (partnering with team from US)
- Contribute ideas and make it happen!
