Human Capital Senior Manager

Hi! We are currently looking for Human Capital Senior Manager with below requirements :

• A minimum of 8 years experience in Talent Management/HR Business Partnering/HR Consulting.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing successful talent management programmes.
• Experience of designing and delivering highly engaging and impactful development.
• Strong knowledge/experience in all recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, networking, assessing, salary trends and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
