Adira Insurance New Talent - Program (ANT - Program) is a development program prepared by Adira Insurance for fresh graduate candidate. In this program, participant will be given not only a comprehensive knowledge about Adira Insurance and the insurance industry itself, but also soft competency that will help them to develop themselves.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma IV graduate
• Open to any major
• Minimal GPA 3.00
• Fluent in english both oral and written
• Max. 25 years old for Bachelor or Diploma VI graduate and 26 years old for Master graduate
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
