Junior Business Process Analyst

Our client is looking for candidates for the following position:

Junior Business Process Analyst

Job Description:

• Coordinate with Project Team, Client, Team Partner and Related Team members during the project
• Assess, analyze and can interpreting client current process
• Create process flow for Tele sales based on mapping assessment
• Writing and describe the activities to relevant documentation with quality (accurate, concise yet detail, capture all the relevant supporting tools / system being used and as per timeline).

Requirement :

• Preferable having experience in business process development, as business analyst for a year is preferable
• S1 or bachelor's degree (Management Business or Technic Industry Background)
• Familiar with Microsoft, profucient in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint also basic visio
• Have good interpersonal skill and not afraid of open up communication with new persons, meeting various unit / division head
• Good language (Indonesia / English)
• Willing to learn and study new skills during the working period
• Domicile Jabodetabek
