Senior Legal Staff

Hello! We re from NICEpay Indonesia,  an online payment solution provider which enhanced Fin-Tech Solution for accelerating E-Commerce Business.
Currently we re looking for:

Senior Legal Staff

• At least 2 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Relevant experience in Digital Payment, Banking, financial institution, E-commerce  and more specifically in Payment Gateway
• Ability to handle client and customer negotiation of documents in a balanced manner
• Involve all court matters, legal vetting of documents and other related works so as to safeguard Company from legal statutory issues
• A skilled negotiator who can actively work with a wide range of colleagues to develop business friendly solutions to requirements while balancing compliance with multiple legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements
• Experience in handling litigation issues & legal cases
• Effective communication abilities & adaptable
• Excellent written & verbal communication in English
• Ability to manage a significant portfolio of concurrent negotiations
• Ability to work in a team & as supervisor
• Have PERADI license would be a plus
• will be placed at Jakarta
