• Great IT skills
• Ability to learn fast, especially CRM database
• Uni degree (any degree, but with high marks)
• Willing and eager, initiative taking
• Pleasant personality (sales type), works well with others
• Loves “supporting” others and do “admin” work
• Confidence
• Disiplin to meet numbers
