We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to support the FAT team and ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth accounting operations.

📊 Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage General Accounting, GL, AP & AR
2. Handle month-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments
3. Monitor inventory accounting and reconciliation
4. Support audit, PSAK compliance, and tax documentation
5. Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
6. Improve accounting processes, SOPs, and ERP systems

📌 Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
2. Has 3–5 years of accounting experience
3. Experience in FMCG, Retail, F&B, or Hospitality is preferred
4. Strong understanding of PSAK and month-end closing
5. Proficient in Excel (Pivot, Lookup, data analysis)
6. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership
7. Experience with Accurate Online is a plus
