We are currently assisting our client in looking for an experienced General Manager – Construction to lead and drive business growth within the construction industry.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• 15–20 years of experience in Construction Marketing / Business Development
• Strong background in Project Acquisition, Tender Management & Business Development
• Proven track record in acquiring and securing construction projects
• Strong network with clients, developers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Career stability is highly preferred – candidates with at least 5 years’ experience with one company will be prioritized
• Strong leadership and strategic business development capabilities
