Sr. Staff Legal

PT. Eagle High Plantations, Tbk.. we are hiring Sr. Staff Legal, Placement Head Office Jakarta.

Qualification :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, majoring Law.
2. Having experience min 3 years as Advokat or Inhouse Lawyer.
3. Good knowladge abaout legal administration, research and legal reporting.
4. Fluent in English both spoken and written.
5. Good analytical, communication, negosiation and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide legal support and advice on relevant legal issues.
2. Handle contract agreement.
3. Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidance.
4. Responsible to capital market law.
