We currently need employees position below:

ACCOUNTING STAFF

JOB DESC :

• Make sure all Sales recorded properly incl : Cash Sales, CC Sales, Discount, Voucher, Tax, ect
• Make sure that Bill from the POS System is attached to perforated bill as required by local government
• Sales Report consist data of all sales recorded including Cash sales, CC sales, Voucher redeem, Discount, SC and PB 1
• Make sure the Sales Report in accurate and have the same figures with the Sales Report from the system
• Make sure all CC Sales properly recorded in the bank statement, Make sure all the bank charges is calculating correctly and accurate
• Reconcile Bank Statement
• Record Bank Charges, transfer to other bank account and etc
• Ensure all the Sales both Cash & CC recorded in the accounting system properly with the correct account
• Ensure all the goods from vendors is received with correct quantity and order, all the invoice from Vendor have PO and - Receiving Slip for payment process, Ensure all the invoice from vendor have the correct amount
• Booked all the paid invoiced into the system ( Accpac ) for both bank
• Filling all the payment voucher accordingly

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Understand Accounting Flow and Accounting Standard
• Familiar with microsoft office especially excel, word
• Familiar data entry
• Understand tax regulation
• Experience with ACCPAC or other acounting system is a plus
• Able to work within deadline
• Honest, quick learner, hardworking, and able to work in a team
• Detail oriented, strong analytical, & good in reporting
