SENIOR STAFF RECRUITMENT

Someone with following would be best fit for the position :

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree majoring Psychology or Industrial Psychology from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in same / related position.
• Preferably have a very good knowledge and have a license to do the psychological test (include scoring, reporting, interpretation of psychological tools and provide recommendation).
• Having knowledge in Assessment Center, Competency Assessment, Competency Management and Behavioral Event Interview (BEI).
• Have a good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and attention to details.
• Having good communication skill and good teamwork.
• Have a good people skill and time management, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of users required.
• Have an excellent knowledge using Ms. Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• Have a good English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in Pondok Pinang, TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.
