Export Import Staff

Hello all,

We, PT. Fukuyama Transporting Indonesia, currently opening recruitment for Export Import Staff :

Requirements :

• Have knowledge for handling export and import
• Understand about export import procedures
• Familiar with export and import documents (PEB, PIB, B/L, DO, Invoice, Packing List, etc)
• Able to create Bill of Lading
• Min 2 years working experience at forwarding company
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule

Job Description :

• Follow up Customer using phone/email regarding shipment process
• Handle documents for export / import process
• Monitoring and follow up export and import process and customs process
• Make daily & monthly report regarding shipments process

Placement at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
