PT NGK Busi Indonesia looking for "Sr. Staff Compensation & Benefit"

Qualification:

• Having minimum 3-5 year experience in related field (payroll and compensation benefit) in  Manufacture Company
• Demonstrate strong behavior in controlling and reporting the process of payroll and employee benefits, so that the payment of salaries and allowances are calculated correctly and paid on time
• Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring accounting will be advantage with maximum age of 34
• Having good understanding in implement PPH 21 and experiencing in running the E-SPT
• Having advance skill in operating Microsoft excel is a must
• Fluent in English
