Continous Improvement Coordinator

PT Evoluzione Tyres are looking for Continous Improvement Coordinator with the qualification :


Job Descriptions :

1. Manage Lean Management projects in the concepts of Kaizen Projects, 5S, PDCA, 7 Types of Waste, SMED and Value Stream Mapping.
2. Acknowledge the targets of Pirelli Manufacturing System defined with the central function and turn them into local projects.
3. Coordinate the projects about the development of the PMS approach, assessing the advancements.
4. Extend the best practices at a regional/country level.
5. Define and deliver training and updating sessions to align the various plant's function to the PMS approach, standard methods, and tools.
6. Ensure the periodical KPI reporting towards local and central functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Industrial Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of English Language
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Industrial Engineer/Continuous Improvement/Lean Management in Production
• Strong skills about analytical thinking, decision making and problem solving.

• Willing to be located in Subang, Jawa Barat
