PT Nikomas Gemilang looking for HR Staff

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree major Law
• Able to speak English, TOEIC score 500-600
• Having good knowledge in Indonesian labor law & document control
• Good analytical skill and detail oriented
• Good planner & problem solver
• Having ISO 9001 (better with KNK certificate)
• At least 2 years working experience in related field

Job description:

• Responsible for conducting company audit and monitor audit findings
• Assist third party while conducting audit within company
• Monitor Business Unit compliance towards corporate, third party and government regulation
• Ensure Business Unit to be more compliance
• Prevent potential risks within company
