1. Secretary Executive Director/Mall Director (D3/S1, Min.2 years of experience in related field, fluent in English, max. age 30 years) 
2. Account Payable/Account Receivable (fresh graduate, IPK Min 3.00, S1 majoring in accounting, max. age 25 years) 
3. Tenant Relation Officer (fresh graduate, IPK Min 3.00, S1 majoring in Public Relation, max. age 25 years, good communication skill) 
4. Tax Officer (D3/S1 majoring in taxation, fresh graduate, IPK Min 3.00, age max 25 years) 
5. Marketing & Communication Admin Staff (D3/S1 all majors, fresh graduate / 1 year experienced in the same field, IPK min 3.00, age max 25 years) 
6. CCTV Officer (D3/S1 fresh graduted or min 1-2 years experience, age max 25 years, All Majors)
