Job Description:
  1. Develop, recommend and implement of retention strategies by analyse customer needs & market competitiveness and portfolio profitability opportunities.
  2. Identify, evaluate and implement new initiatives and concepts to improve retention rates.
  3. Design and manage communications strategy focused on attracting, developing and retaining customers.
  4. Lead ideation and conceptualization for program development and optimization, including process optimization.
  5. Manage the ongoing operations and fulfillment processes of the programs and marketing campaigns, managing the program budgets with responsibility for the program P&Ls and marketing ROI.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  2. Prior experience managing Loyalty programs an asset.
  3. Minimum of 5 years working experience in Fintech industry.
  4. Strong financial and numerical skills with the ability to make business cases.
  5. Strong analytical, organizational, communications and project management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and on a team and lead at all levels of the organization.
  7. Have achievement in loyalty program.
