Branch Head (Semarang)
Job Description :

• Direct all operational aspects, including sales, marketing, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and collection
• Meet sales target and other Branch’s goals
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs

Job Requirements :

• Max 40 years old
• Having knowledge about Credit Processing, Sales, and Collection
• Strong leadership, good analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
• Required Skill(s): Marketing, Communication, mandatory fluent in English
• Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking / Financial / Retail Services or equivalent

Quality Assurance (Software Engineer/IT Company) (Jakarta Selatan)
Job Description :

• Collaborate with the software engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Create test cases based on the agreed test plans
• Execute the test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results -Create QA reports and file bug tickets based on the outcome of QA test cycles.
• Reproduce bugs and provide the steps in detail in the bug tickets
• Provided feedback to the software engineers around UX based on test outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance or Software Tester or similar role for 2 years
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and QA Testing Methodologies
• Ability to document and reproduce bugs as well as to create well-written reports
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr, or TestRail)
• Excellent communication skills -Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
