Position :

1. HR Manager

Job Description :
  • Compensation & benefit : payroll & tax, salary survey, benefit update
  • HRIS: Workday system management & utilize WD in all HR task
  • Employee Relations: Communication & Employee
  • Orientation, People Development, Handling employee issue, employee satisfaction survey
  • Budgeting: prepare budget monthly & yearly review
  • Company regulation & HR system & procedure: monitoring the application in FRID environment & create a good procedure for HR guideline
  • Recruitment : all part, both store & SSC (cooperation with the HR Operations team)
  • Support HR operations task
  • GA: all GA matters, including GA management & procedure
Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology
  • Minimum 5 years as HR Manager & expert in HRGA area, max 38 years old
  • Preferred from Technology or Digital Agency
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels
  • Strong in Organizational Development and Compensation and Benefits
  • Excellent English skill (written and oral)
