Position :

1. Manager Accounting
    Job Description :

• Manage accounting departments & their daily functions
• Implement and improve accounting systems & procedures
• Ensure that all financial transactions, systems & procedures comply with company regulations
• Providing timely monthly financial reports (GL, Profit & Loss Report & Balance Sheet), Analysis fully and accurately
• Manage credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory, tax, insurance, budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitoring and developing a team to ensure Accounting activities are carried out accurately, consistently and in accordance with relevant regulations, laws and standards

    Job Requirement :

• Male/Female
• Max age 45 years old
• Exp min 5 years
• Advanced operating accounting software such as Ms. Excel or Accurate
• Has Brevet A & B certification
• Minimum S1 Accounting Department
• Minimum 5 years experience as an accounting manager in manufacturing, agriculture, and food beverages

2. Sr Account Executive (Creative Agency Company) (Jakarta Utara)
    Job Description :

• Write Contact Report within 1 x 24 hours for any face to face meeting, phone conversation and any social media messenger interaction with the Client.
• Participate in presence and discussion for all and any meeting with Client and meeting requested by President Director.
• Verify all and any related work paper (Creative Brief, Estimates, Quotation, WIP, Client Status Report, etc. before submitting to other division in the company and for Client Approval.
• Maintain day to day contact for Client Agency relationship (note for Client’s birthday, wedding anniversary, favorites, likes and dislikes)
• Write a weekly Client Status Report and submit it to Client for knowledge.

    Job Requirement :

• Female
• General knowledge of both traditional and non-traditional/digital advertising platforms as well as graphic design
• Well organized in keeping all data arranged in Agency Client Folder
• Excellent negotiation skills to Client
• Always alert to any non-technical matters raised by Client to President Director

3. ERP Specialist (Retail Company) (Jakarta Pusat)
    Job Description :

• As Project Manager in upgrading NAV as current system and implement end to end ERP System using SAP Business 1 for the whole subsidiaries company
• Interact with internal division/user and consultant to design, implement and maintain the new ERP system
• Support user in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities
• Maintain trouble shooting after go life
