Position :

1. Regional Sales Manager
    Job Description :
  • Reporting directly to National Sales Manager & responsible for defining the broad business development strategy and delivering the highest quality service, especially in cash management area.
  • Developing strategy & drive business growth in branches area
  • Drive growth strategies & create high impact business initiatives
  • Improve present workflows/systems to achieve the most efficient system
  • Identify current product positioning and performance for each category
    Job Requirements :
  • The role holder needs to bring the right attitude to the job with a focus on driving profitable customer solutions for the organization making sure we are able to deliver, maintain and improve.
  • Having experience as a Regional Manager with a wide network from FMCG industry for min 5 years
  • Have a focus on leadership, project management, system knowledge and above all else, a process improvement mindset.
  • Flexible, trustworthy and demonstrate a high level of business judgment, focus and commit to being successful in this role

2. National Sales Manager Pharmaceutical Company) (Jakarta Utara)
    Job Description :
  • Develop & implementation of regional demand forecast, operations, leveraging plans
  • Developing promotion and activation program plan within company's goal and budget and achieve the sales target;
  • Monitor, analyse and evaluate the sales results within the region including availability, visibility, margin, quality, prices and volume to subsequently take appropriate actions to achieve objectives and/or adjust it if necessary;
  • Minimise commercial & credit risk in the region and manage the operational costs against the agreed region budget in effective and efficient way which subsequently ensuring right organisation, capacity, capability of the sales performance in the region;
  • Creating initiatives/ideas to compete and also deliver market share and sales volume.
    Job Requirements :
  • At least 10 years' experience in the commercial role within FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG market in general;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population

3. Head of Sales Training Company) (Jakarta Barat)
