Budget & Cost Control Senior Staff

Good day~

Our client, a Japanese Construction Company is looking for a vacant position below:

Position: Budget & Cost Control Senior Staff

Requirements:

• Male Max 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Arc hitect.
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Project Budget, Purchasing or Cost Control in the same filed, preferably from building contractor.
• Detail oriented, good analysis skill.
• Fluency in English both oral & written.
• Understand the prices of Materials or Works.
• Able to read construction drawing.
• Able to prepare budget for project.
• Willing to work overtime.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and evaluating the ongoing Project related with:

1. Working Budget, that prepared by Estimation and Construction Division.
2. Monthly Budget Report of each Project.
3. Project Cost Analysis, that prepared by Construction Division.
4. Excess Budget.

• Evaluating Budget, Cost, and Profit for Major Project that has been completed.
• Checking purchase request document or "Request of Purchase Order (RPO)" that issued by Project (ensure RPO not exceed to the Budget / BQ).
