Position :

Finance Cash Flow Staff
Job Description :

• Ensuring the timely preparation of monthly and yearly cash forecasts.
• Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
• Prepares cash flow reports, and identifies and evaluates variances.

Job Requirement :

• Proven work with 1 year experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
• Experienced in handling cash flow forecast and reports, cash transactions.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Experience using financial software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Finance Invoicing Staff
Job Description :

• Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions.
• Preparing balance sheets
• Processing invoices.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Update internal systems with financial data.

Job Requirement :

• Experienced in handling cash flow forecast and reports, cash transactions.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
