Industrial Engineering Staff

PT Sepatu Mas Idaman (Part Of Gunung Sewu Group) is looking for Industrial Engineering (IE) Staff.

Qualification:

• Can do problem solving method QCC with 7 tools
• Having experience handle improvement projects
• Understand lean manufacturing system
• Understand six sigma method
• Able to make system and procedure
• Understand Balance Score Card and Key Performance Indicator concept

General Requirement:

• Have knowledge in Continuous Improvement system and process.
• Have knowledge about Industrial Engineering concept in shoe production manufacturing
• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management.
• Fluency in English both oral & written.
• Computer literature (MS Office, MS Visio & AutoCAD)
• Willingness to learn new things, like challenges
• Workhorse, Existing Initiatives
• Willing to work under Pressure
• Dynamic presentation & communication skill.
• Strong analytical, good in communication, strong follow up and good leadership
