Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, research, design, development, and launch of customer-centric products
• Understand user needs and gather product requirements
• Identify market opportunities and establish a shared product vision and strategy for your product area
• Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Compliance, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team
• Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization which drives product execution
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health
• Conduct testing for product features and its operational tools, ensure the product deliver the best experience for internal & external users
• Analyze issues related to products reported by the internal team (Operations, Finance, and Engineer)
• Drive product development with a world-class team of Engineers and Designers

• 7-10 years

• Detail Oriented - Strong attention to detail.
• Solid Technical Understanding - Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
• Impact Focus - Proven track record of delivering measurable results for both users and businesses.
• Data fluency - You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact. You know every step of the funnel. You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests, and probably know a bit of SQL.
• Ability to think big and small - You are just as comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience as you are optimizing an existing flow, and you know when to do which. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
• Product intuition - You care deeply about getting the details right in order to ship a best-in-class product.
• Natural leadership - You know how to influence people to get things done across any job function. People love working with you.
• Experience - 5 years or more relevant experience in product management
• Able to speak in English
• Proven experience from Financial Technology, P2P Lending, Multifinance who is tech-driven
• Able to lead a team, data fluency, impact focus, solid technical understanding, business acumen

Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Create server and configurations with Nodejs (Nest.js framework)
• Create modeling and normalization database
• Create and maintain the server
• Analyst wireframe from UI/UX
• Create unit-tests
• Provide technical documentation
• Maintain server (dev, staging and live)
• Create ERD from DB
• Reverse Engineer Code
• Execute the task on a daily basis

• 2 years

Must have requirements

• Candidates who will be considered to our client:
• Experience with Nest.js as NodeJS framework as backend APIs is a must (express.js are welcome)
• Having 1-3 years experience and able to work in start up environment
• Experience in Analyse, Design and Implement Database Structures
• Good understanding with OOP and MVC concept
• Previous Experience Working Within an Agile Scrum Team
• Experience with Web Server : nginx, supervisor or gunicorn
• Experience with using cloud server such as AWS, GCP or Others (Alibaba-cloud/Huawei-Cloud)
