HR & GA Managers

Hi everyone, we are from PT IQRO Sinergi Indonesia, our clients are currently looking for HR & GA Managers, candidates must have a Bachelor of Psychology / law. More than 5 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position in the oil company. 35 years maximum.

Skills needed: business management, proven work experience as an HR manager or other HR executive, have strong leadership, people-oriented and supported by results, Proven experience with human resources, Knowledge of HR systems and databases, English must be active, active listening skills, excellent negotiation and presentation, Competence to build and manage effective interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
