Position: Operation & Project Support Manager
Report to: COO
Location: SCBD, Jakarta
Industry: Oil and Gas

Job Desc:

• Manages the growth and success of the Operations & Project team
• Responsible for the production, daily execution and planning of regular operations and projects
• Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure all Operations & Project target are met
• Set up the strategy for Project execution and operations
• Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
• Has oil and gas background for maintenance and operations. LNG experience will become advantage.
• Creates a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines

Requirements:

• Male
• Min bachelor degree with engineering background
• experience in oil & gas company
• Familiar with oil and gas standards
• Has a good Safety, Environment and health record & experience in the previous works.
• Having min 10 years experience in the related field
• Can communicate well in English both oral and written
• good analytical and strong leadership
• High initiative & self motivated
• A team player who has high level of responsibility & discipline
