1. Recruitment Manager
    Job Description:

• Proven work experience at least 5-10 years as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant in Coal Mining Industry preferred
• Good knowledge of Labour Legislation
• Experience in phone and in person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience in phone and in person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.

    Job Requirement :

• Able to work independently and strong decision making skills
• Bachelor's Degree or Masters In Human Resource Management or Organisational Psychology
• Familiarity with professional networks (e.g Linkedin, Caliber etc)
• Good team management skills

2. Business Analyst (Capital Enabler Fintech) South Jakarta
    Job Description :

• identify business growth opportunities and develop sales strategy to increase company sales
• adept in negotiating business deals and able to make sound decision for the benefit of the company
• collaborating with company executives to determine the mos cost - effective way to pursue new business opportunity
• identify fellow promising and rising digital platform and pitch the way up to introduce Modal Rakyat as their working capital engine
• Years of experience :  2 years
