Looking for Recruitment Manager - Construction with the below requirements.

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant in the Construction Industry.
• Good knowledge of Labour Legislation
• Experience in phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
• Familiarity with professional networks (e.g Linkedin, Kalibr etc) 
• Able to work independently and strong decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
