Calling all General Manager Construction / Operation specializing in Construction / Building Companies.

I am currently helping one of my clients, a Construction / Building company in Indonesia to find their GM Construction with the details:

Salary: Up to 65 Million Rupiah

Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia

Must-Have Requirements:

• S1 / S2 Civil Engineering
• Main Road Implementing Expert Certificate (SKA Madya)
• Experience in handling road Toll projects for a minimum of 5 years

Good to Have Requirements:

• Good in Communication Skills
• Good in Computer skill
• Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Collate the shortcomings in existing work methods at sites and resolve
• Implement at site improved/developed/acquired work methods and technologies and fine-tune
• Collect client requirement on technology requirements and discuss in Committee Meeting and inform HQ through minutes
• Prepare tenders of value per management guidelines.
• Engage in continuous interaction with both existing & prospective customers
• Monitor site operations, variance analysis, and course correction
