PT Estika Tata Tiara is a food processing company (Product: Kibif, Murato, Adell, Boss, Kipau, etc). Currently we are looking for an experienced people to join us as:

HRD Manager

Qualification:

1. Minimum, Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management or equivalent
2. Minimum 5-year experience in HRD
3. Strong managerial and leadership skills
4. Competent to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
5. Experience in production food industry is preferable
6. Strong organizational, critical thinking,communicating, and problem-solving skills
7. Familiar with HR Policies, procedures, rules, SOP and KPI.
8. Required skills: HRIS, HR payroll system and renumeration, compensation and benefits
