We are hiring for 1 SAP Integration Manager

Job Requirement:

• Main focus in SAP Operational.
• Ensuring to monitoring RFC, Integration ERP and Surrounding system availability running properly comply with agreement.
• Ensuring to monitoring availability performance application SAP and non SAP such as : SAPECC, SAPSRM, SAPBIO, PCM, SAP Portal, Mylearning, ICFR, Sniperhire to running properly 24 Hours/Day and 7 Days/Week, comply with standard and service level.
• Customer Focus with excellent handling to solve problem resolution and monitoring change request related to regularly product that will be launched to the market.
• Manage and Control the Coordination and Support with Other Towers.

Job Description:

• Min 7 years of Experience in Database and implementation in SAP area.
• Having experience to manage team min 3 years.
• Having knowledge with SAP system, function and technology.
• Having knowledge with ERP Business Process.
• Having knowledge with IT Security Awareness.
• Having knowledge with IT Services Management.
• Having knowledge with IT SDLC Process
• Having knowledge with IT Project Management
