Chief Engineering

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for  "CHIEF ENGINEERING"

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor degree in engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Mechanical)
• Min. 4 years working experiences as chief/ Manager Engineering
• Having experience handling building management and MEP
• Having experience in building installation, HVAC system, plumbing, Electrical and PABX.
• Good communication skill, analytical thinking, and good planning & organizing.
• Detail oriented, strong English skill, customer/ tenant oriented, strong commercial approach and good in computer skill.
• Good on preventive maintenance.
• Experience as Operation Manager / Engineering Manager at Building, Hotel, Properties or Mall would be an advantage

Responsibility:

• Oversee day to day of property and mall operation
• Control maintenance cost according to budget
• Maintain Building Quality and Service (engineering and civil) and monitoring service provide to always ensure the satisfaction of visitor and tenant.
• Ensure compliance to safety and building regulation.
• Having SOP implementation and control in daily basis.
