We're Hiring for CRO (Chief Risk Officer) for our client.

Overall Lead for credit and collection team

Requirements:

• Out of the box thinker. Leveraging his/her risk background to overcome limitations in underwriting, monitoring, mitigating related risks from un banked customers
• Hands on given small team, especially on Data Analytics and Policy setting
• Min 5 years experience in SME/individual business owner segment
• Preferably has exposure in micro segments.
• Strong in building credit scoring
• Have deep risk analytical thinking
